All leadership development needs to be tailored to the objectives and the context of the individuals and organisation involved, however as a guideline the PULSE Leadership Programme is structured as follows:
Oragnisational level discovery meeting to ascertain culture, context and objectives.
Facilitation of a 360-degree survey of all planned attendees.
Combining 360-degree results and organizational objectives to create a 6-month development plan.
X6 2hr monthly group workshops.
Personalised ongoing development plan for each attendee.
At their core, leadership skills are built upon emotional intelligence competencies. These are built within us over years of habit building.
Therefore, to create deep and permanent change in leadership skills it is important to maintain consistent new habits over time.
To ensure this happens, we provide a monthly online forum group for your leaders to continue the conversation after their initial training. This allows your leaders to try out all they have learnt in real life and then come back to the forum group to discuss any challenges and share success.
