Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for organisations and individual leaders who recognise both the potential of Gen Z and the fact they haven’t fully found it yet!

If your leadership team recognise any of the below frustrations, then this workshop is for you:

  • Work 'behaviors' not being as expected – Communication, dress, respect, work ethic etc.
  • Lack of engagement and motivation.
  • More sick days – including requests for mental health days.
  • Increased vulnerability to negative outcomes. General lack of resilience.
  • Uncomfortable being in an office? Or client location?
  • Difficulties communicating with clients and customers.
  • Not willing to go the extra mile? Lack of work ethic.
  • Not ambitious? Limited desire to push themselves forward to the next level.
  • No loyalty / high churn? Quiet quitting, no long-term commitment

What Will You Walk Away With?

This workshop will enable you to see why you are seeing some of these outcomes, why they don't necessarily mean what you think they do, and how you can create a high performing team which includes Gen Z.

A clear understanding of who Gen Z are.

A clear understanding of why some of these negative perceptions and behavious exist.

Reassurance that you are not alone.

A belief that Gen Z have as much potential as anyone else.

Clear actionable strategies to unleash that potential.

Tools to build a high performing team which successfully integrates Gen Z.

We live in a highly dynamic, disrupted and fast paced world, who better to help your organisation thrive in this environment than the generation who have known nothing different.

This workshop is run by our CEO and founder David Haylor

David has over 20 years of experience in leadership, people advisory, people development and business strategy.

He started his career at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served as a platoon commander in the British Army. At times leading up to 50 people in the most challenging of locations whilst still in his mid-twenties.

He then transitioned to the recruitment industry, before founding the specialist headhunting firm IAC in 2011.

As IAC grew David spent the majority of his time both developing his own leaders whilst also working with clients to develop their leadership skills, create high performance cultures and develop stronger business and people strategies.

Over these two careers David had the opportunity to meet and work with many hundreds of leaders whilst being a busy leader himself.

From this came the deep knowledge that good leaders change the world for the better, and we need as many of them at all levels as we can possibly get.

From this the PULSE Leadership Program was born, high impact leadership training at scale.
